2. Transport Arrangement and Airport Meeting Service
Transport to and from the airport/ hotel to the Fort Lauderdale Port for embarkation will be on your own.
3. Visa Requirement
All delegates need a passport to board the ship as well as disembark after the cruise. Visa for Cozumel is not needed by any one since you will arrive on a cruise ship. People who are not permanent residents of the US who hold valid passports need to request entry visas for The US. Visa can be obtained from the US embassies and consulates located overseas. Delegates from visa waiver countries have apply for travel authorization approval under the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) to enter the US.
5. Time Zone
Time zone used is the eastern Standard Time ( GMT -5)
8. Health
Immunization certificates are not required for entry into Cozumel. Service animals may need all the vaccination and other relevant papers.
9. Clothing
Casual business attire is required at official meetings.
10. Accommodation
Accommodation prior and after the cruise is on your own. No arrangements have been done by SATH
