SATH-International Purposes and Goals-SATH-Bermuda Mission Statement

1.  SATH-International is a non profit organization wherein the
membership is involved with serving the disabled passenger whether they
be on business or pleasure on any trip they take.  The audience that
they cater to are the disabled and Senior Citizens and their needs on an
information basis both locally and Internationally

2 The Bermuda Chapter is concerned with offering as many services as
possible, we are in essence a reception chapter.

3.Our major responsibility to the community is the development of the
Access Guide for the Handicapped Traveller with constant updating to
keep it in line with the island's changes.

4.To exchange information with other local charities as well as other
chapters of Sath International and non-profit organizations in order to
disseminate data of the services that exist on the island of Bermuda.

5.To Organize workshops and seminars for the Disabled and Senior
Citizens in order to increase the communication between the groups on
the island

6.To write and produce internal access guides and newsletters to be a
benefit to the community  and the Travel industry at large that supplies
the island with our visitors.
