The 8th World Congress is scheduled for January 14-18, 2004, once again at the Hilton Miami Airport. On the preliminary program so far are three pre-conference workshops by CLIA, ICTA and ARC, along with an orientation session for first-time attendees. Workshops and panels will continue the education, along with a very successful Trade Show, featuring cruise lines, tour companies, hotels, attractions, destinations and special equipment, all focused on the market for travelers with disabilities and the mature.

One of the most successful panels of the 7th World Congress, “Making $$,” will be offered again, this time with even more ideas for how agents and suppliers can tap into the lucrative disability travel market. Panelists will include experts on technology, insurance, value-added experiences, and personnel. Another highlight of the Congress is the ship inspection and luncheon, to be held Saturday, January 17th which has been designated “Cruise Day.”
