Travel Insured Launches a New Worldwide Trip Protector

Travel Insured, a SATH partner in providing trip protection to travel agents and travelers who are members of the Society for Accessible Travel & Hospitality, has launched a new program of Worldwide Trip Protector plans. Three new plans provide affordable coverage, stronger benefits, and unprecedented insurance options for those with trip protection needs at every budget level.
 
All three Worldwide Trip Protector plans offer great new options such as Cancel for Any Reason, Cancel for Work Reasons and Sports Coverage for protecting prepaid equipment and sports activities.
 
Here are some highlights of the new plans:
 
Q Worldwide Trip Protector is Travel Insured’s most popular, comprehensive plan especially for cruises, tours and international trips. It now has increased limits for Missed Connection, Trip Delay, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, and Accidental Death & Dismemberment. New benefits include Missed Port of Call, Pet Care coverage, and ID Theft Recovery Assistance. Kids are Free under 18 with a related adult enrolled and traveling on the same policy!
 
Q Worldwide Trip Protector Gold, the comprehensive plan with increased financial benefit limits, is right for luxury trips. Enjoy higher medical and baggage protection benefits, ID Theft Recovery Assistance and Inclusive Car Rental CDW in addition to the value-added benefits of Worldwide Trip Protector.
 
Q Worldwide Trip Lite is an all-new flexible and affordable plan for families and budget-minded travelers. One Kid is Free under 18 with each accompanying adult on the same plan. Upgrade to a Lite Expanded plan for higher benefits, for a Pre-Existing Medical Condition waiver, Financial Default and School Day Extension coverage. Worldwide Assistance is included.
 
Features that have not changed with the new program are Travel Insured’s superior customer care, worldwide assistance and fair, professional claims service. You can look forward to both existing services and some great new ones.
 
·   Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance: Available with every Worldwide Trip Protector plan, insured travelers needing medical or other help can reach this service 24/7 by a free call from anywhere. Get emergency response to your accident or sudden illness, Emergency Medevac to medical treatment by U.S. standards, a traveling medical attendant if needed, and prepayment, if necessary, for a hospital admission.
 
·   Worldwide Concierge Services: This new feature is available with Worldwide Trip Protector or the WTP Gold plan. Need help getting event tickets? Driving directions? A hotel reservation? Travel Insured customers make the call.
